Al is a very honest and reliable real estate agent. He was punctual at all meetings and kept us informed throughout the process. He always kept our best interests in mind and did not waste our time on offers that were not in line with what we wanted for the sale of our condo.

We really enjoyed working with Alec when buying a home for the first time, especially while we were living in a different city and needed to travel from Vancouver to Victoria for showings. He grew up in Victoria and knows all the different areas really well. He took the time to fully understand our priorities when looking at home/neighbourhood options and gave us his honest opinions when we wanted his input. He always sent information we asked for quickly and was able to set up last minute showings for us when new listings came up just before our trip to Victoria. Plus he set up an efficient route for us to see all our favourite listings during one day trip. He’s patient and never rushed us but moved quickly once we wanted to set up showings and when we were ready to make an offer. We definitely recommend him as a realtor and would work with him again but he found us our forever home!

Alec was very enthusiastic and went the extra distance to make the sale experience as good as possible. He gave us tips on preparing the property for sale and the video of the property was very well done. I tend to be a picky client but cannot think of anything that was not very well bone in the sale. I even recommended him to some friends and the feed back from them confirmed my assessment.

My wife and I purchased two homes with Alec as our realtor and are extremely happy with the service he provided us. Being a life long Victoria resident, Alec has great insight and knowledge of the different neighborhoods.
