For over 10 years I’ve been purchasing, renovating and selling manufactured homes. I was planning on doing the selling more or less on my own, “by owner”. However Brad challenged me and indicated that he thought he could bring me better value even given the additional real estate fees. And he did. He has brought me a better returns and quicker sales than I could have on my own. He’s knowledgeable in the market, and has a quick ability to read people. He’s positive, fun to be around and quick to respond. Another thing I have liked about Brad is that even though most of his clientele are high-end and his playground is for the most part in a different part of the financial pool, he has put in similar efforts to market my mobile/manufactured homes, even given the lower return his time and effort. I’ve got a couple more projects for him coming up and would recommitted him any day.
