Scott was very accommodating and helpful, it was my first time listing, he guided me through process. He was knowledgeable about the area and what a good market price to list at. .. He was very patient with me as I had a couple of delays.

Scott was exactly what people WANT but can't find in an agent. Honest, with integrity, profound knowledge of building practices/codes (as he's a former builder himself) and he's just a genuine all-around good person. I was selling my place in the summer, which is generally a rather slow time for sales. Scott was very through threw out this process, always keeping in good contact. After each open house Scott would go over what clients liked and didn't like about the property. Together we would come up with new plan for the next open house. Even after we had an accepted offer, Scott suggested we have another open house just in case. Well long story short, the first offer's financing failed.
